Since recreational drugs may be mixed with a number of additives, such as Fentanyl, it is not clear what you consumed. You may have suffered a cardiac event causing syncope, but this too is not well described. It is by far safest if you avoid "marijuana", see a cardiologist and get this fully addressed.
