Probably: This isn't the place to debate the wisdom of the cannabis laws or whether it is wise to penalize otherwise good employees. If this is an ordinary urine test, a very low level might simply mean passive exposure and it would be hard to prove you have been a user. As long as this remains illegal, please plan ahead. It depends: Urine screens for thc (the active hallucinogen in marijuana) can be positive for 90 days after last use if you were using daily. You state what you did for the past month, but not what you did before that -- so it's hard to know what will happen on your upcoming drug screen. If there are any questions from the screening, the specimen will be subjected to more specific confirmation studies.

Probably: If you were a daily user you might well still test positive 19 days after stopping, but if you only smoked 2-3 times in the past month and have not smoked in 19 days the odds are excellent that you will pass a gc/ms test. See http://bit.Ly/1fvqnya for a more thorough discussion.
