THC saliva tests: Detection time can be up to 72 hours - possibly longer with chronic use-30day. Any positive tests will be confirmed with a much more specific test looking for the actual THC or metabolite molecules. However to be positive - certain levels must be present for the test to be "Positive". Best advice - don't use it for at least a week prior and if worried - invest in a test you can buy in a store
