Yes but you may need an oral steroid like a medrol dose pack if symptoms persist. Consult Healthtap if that is the case.

Probable Eustachian tube dysfunction. See ENT for evaluation and possible antibiotics. Try Valsalva maneuver every hour. No smoking to alcohol. Steroid sprays most likely will not help
