What your usual sitting BP & sitting heart rate? If you had a POTS flare up with severe tachycardia your heart rate may only very slowly return to baseline. If your usual resting BP is low normal, 105/70 for example, 92/72 isn't too far off especially if it was taken while supine. The duration & frequency of POTS flares vary tremendously among different patients. Hopefully you may "outgrow" POTS.
