Your post is too vague for me to understand what you are describing. Palmar lines vary and reflect how the fetus holds their palm/hand while they develop. Tighter grip/fold leads to deeper lines. The description you provided does not fall into a worrisome sign in general. Please discuss it with the babies doc at the next check-up.
