When I think of posterior cerebral territory, I think of that part of the brain supplied by the posterior cerebral arteries.These supply the occipital lobes. Although I'm not familiar with such a syndrome other than damage from strokes or trauma, I would expect some difficulties with visual perception or types of blindness from posterior cerebral dysfunction.
