More context needed: The best answer to your question will come from the person who ordered the test. The words used are radiology "shop talk" and often don't mean much in and of themselves. Most of the time, no worries...Sometimes, yes. Since you're so young ; since you've had not just an MRI but mra too then, again, your physician must've had reason to order these tests. They will have the answers you seek.

Hi,MRA of the brain results show bilateral hypoplastic P1 segment with both posterior communicating arteries dilated in the sense of fetal circulation. Worry? I am having headaches, blurry vision and low concentration, mood swings. Couse? Tnx?
