Extremely unlikely, but it isn’t possible to say zero risk. It depends on whether your partner had HIV; if so, his or her viral load (the amount of virus in blood etc); whether on treatment for HIV; etc. If that person was infected, it depends on whether you used the condom properly and are sure it didn’t break. So most likely you aren’t infected, but testing is the only way to be certain.
