Yes: You've had a bad few months. It's not uncommon to get repeated viral upper respiratory infections especially if you are frequently exposed to small children. Wash your hands frequently or use alcohol based hand sanitizer whenever you touch door knobs, light switches, computer key boards or anything else that many people touch. Avoid touching your face, mouth, nose. Good luck for the next 8 months.
