You can have bleeding in the GI tract with those symptoms and a drop in hemoglobin. Your stools should be checked for microscopic blood and/or you should have an upper and lower endoscopy by GI. The bleeding can be anywhere in the GI tract and it can be due to inflammation, ulcer, tumor, etc. So, see a GI doctor for evaluation. Once a diagnosis is made, treatment can be rendered. Good luck!

Definitely suggestive of gi bleed, make sure you do not take any NSAIDS, ibuprofen, naproxen and alike. Work up for the source will be needed, start with your primary care doc.
