How much tylenol (acetaminophen) can i take while pregnant without hurting the baby? like throughout the week...

Normal doses OK: As long as you stay within the recommended dose levels this should be fine for both you and baby, even when taken on a daily basis. You should consult with your doc if you are finding need for regular meds to see if some non- medicine interventions may also help.

Up to 4 gm daily.: The maximum recommended dose of Acetaminophen for adults including pregnant women is 4 grams daily, however most people find relief with 1-2 grams at the most. Please limit use to as few days as possible and see your doctor if you need it for more than 2-3 days at high doses, as prolonged use of high doses is toxic to your liver..
