Im seeing conflicting info on here & hoping for some clarity. ive seen some say amoxicillin use wouldnt impact results of an std urine test after just a couple days and others say it will. what are chances of false negative naat after 3 days use?

The conflict may be that it depends on which STD and what kind of test. Also, amoxicillin would interfere with some but not all gonorrhea testing; some gonorrhea strains are resistant to it, and some susceptible. Chlamydia is uncertain, because amoxicillin concurrent, when given for a week or more, but the effect of 2-3 days. A positive result will be valid; a negative result, unknown.

The answer will depend on which STD we are talking about. It may affect GC and bacterial diseases. NAAT is used for COVID and is not affected by amoxicillin. There is at times no certainty in medicine for the multiple variables involved
