Im showing signs of frequent urination, nausea, and heightened sense of smell. so i took 3 pregnancy tests, two different brands. and all 3 had a faint/faded control line, and no test line. what does this mean?

Have you missed a period yet? If not, perhaps wait until you have missed a period and then repeat the pregnancy test using the first urine in the morning. The first urine of the day is the most concentrated. You could also have your doctor order a blood test but only if you have missed a period already. Good luck!
