I had mohs procedure for basal cell, they only had to take one layer no cancer cells were found. i have stitches on top of v center front scalp and this morning i woke up to right above eye brows a little swollen. no pain,what's it from?

You likely have inflammation of the tissue under the skin from the procedure. This can result in swelling in various areas, including above the eyebrows. If the swelling worsens or causes pain or gets increasingly red, then call the doctor who did the procedure. Good luck!
