If test results showed cancer, would doctor call me as soon as possible to come in or wait until appointment which is 5 days from now?

It depends how serious the finding is and how quickly the problem needs to be addressed. In general, five day period should not make any difference in managing a cancerous condition if you know it now or 5 days later. Good luck to you.

Each office has specific policies when it comes down to discussing test results, would suggest not making any assumption until your follow up appointment.
