I am scheduled for laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in 7 days and on the day of surgery, it will possibly be my last day of the menstrual cycle. will the doctor postpone this surgery?

Is your anxiety really about the surgery being postponed or you are afraid of having the surgery is what I wonder about. The menstrual flow is unlikely to lead to postponement of the procedure planned however it is best to discuss with your gynecologist.
