If the patches are made of sticky exudates which can be picked out then you probably have yeast vaginitis. You can treat with vagninal cream which contains clotrimazole or miconazole, sold in drug stores. However, if you are at risk of sexual transmitted disease then you should see a doctor for appropriate exam and test(s) for a correct diagnosis. Good luck.
