I m amsha and 19 years old starting 3/7/23 had mild stomach cramps but it persisted until 11/7/23 it became worst feeling terrible cramps and pain in stomach feeling less appetite to eat , feeling nauseated?

It is unclear what you mean since it is not 11/7/23 yet! But, if you are having severe stomach pain, you need to see a doctor ASAP! Depending on how severe it is, you may need to go to the nearest ER to find out what is wrong. They can do tests like blood work and a CT scan to find out what the problem is and get it treated. In the U.S. we would write the date 7/11/23 to indicate July 11. Your symptoms are suggestive of a viral gastroenteritis or food poisoning although diarrhea usually is also present. but in either case,the symptoms should be improving after several days. At this time I recommend having an examination by a physician to determine what is causing your abdominal cramps&pain. You may be referred to GI.
