Different symptoms: Painful numb legs can occur after sleeping in unusual posture, or after hyperventilation. Stomach pains with nausea have many possible causes - Gastritis is common, and likely if pain is significantly relieved by antacids or OTC acid relievers such as omeprazole. If this continues please see your doctor to get an evaluation.
