Go to ER/Urgent care: I would advise you go to an urgent care center or the ER especially if the pain is getting worse, and you have a fever with a tense stomach. This might be innocent stomach cramps but it could also be as dangerous as an appendicitis, or perforation of the bowel or twisting of the ovaries.
