Had a 1 nightstand couple weeks later throat sore and noticed white on tonuge along with small red dots. was giving flucanzole 100mg for 5 days. it didn't really work or does it need more time or should i ask for something else? hsv test negstive?

Fluconazole only treats yeast, which was an unlikely cause of those symptoms. And when it is used, normally it's only a single dose; no improvement after 5 days means yeast wasn't the problem. In fact, no STD acts like this, and neither does herpes -- the HSV test probably was unnecessary. You probably had a cold. Stop all treatment and see a doctor familiar with STDs if you remain concerned.
