If HIV positive blood were to get into your nose and the skin inside the nose is not intact, then it is possible that HIV could be transmitted. But, this would be a very unusual HIV transmission. But, if you think this is possible, then get an HIV test to rule it out. Your doctor can order the test for you. Good luck!
