I have a 3liter bladder! yes really! assuming i was not born with it, what parts will be pushed aside? should i care? have had a cat scan of the area but have not been told anything yet?

Your big bladder does the same thing that a pregnant womb does. The position is almost the same. It is filling the middle cavity of the abdomen & other structures are pushed aside. Your abdominal wall & muscles loosen to accommodate the balloon like structure you have. Other than having a big belly it has little impact on your function.
