37 yr old, erections seem fine when standing or sitting. when im having sex with partner while laying down, they dont seem to be as hard. we can have sex but erection is weaker. worried it could be venous leakage. is this possible, position ed?

Doubt any venous drainage but would be worth consulting PCP or urologist if concerned and seeking evaluation and treatment. May need medication to enhance performance but doctor examining can determine.

Veous leak is not dependent on position and if you have normal sustained erections you dont have it. Positional weakness is another matter. Try different ones and see which is best. If not better pl see a sex thrapist/ Urologist. Good luck
