Why do i bleed when i use canesten?

Canesten itself should not cause bleeding, but perhaps there is infection or trauma that becomes apparent when using it. A gynecologic exam would best evaluate this.

Side effects of canesten by Drugs.com: "genitourinary system effects associated with intravaginal use have included burning, itching, cramping, pain, and BLEEDING. Vulvar lesions and rash have rarely been reported". You should use a different vaginal cream other than canesten (clotrimazole). Good luck.
