MOST common adult worms are in the intestinal tract and pyrantel can kill some types of worm, not all. When they are outside the intestinal tract, they are often not adult worms but they usually persist as larvae or cysts (muscle, liver, brain, etc.) and those are treated with different medications, not pyrantel. Take care.

Most live in gastrointestinal tract but some come through skin. Pyrantel will kill most.
