I was eating a tin of sardines and i found this thing that looked like a worm, do i have tape worm or anything how to tell? and if i do how to kill it

Of course, if you: saw a thing that "looked like a worm", you wouldn't have eaten it. Perhaps you wonder if there were other unseen things in the tin! You are probably fine, but watch for diarrhea, nausea, maybe vomiting, belly pain, fever, fatigue, loss of appetite. If no symptoms develop, I wouldn't worry about it. If these symptoms develop, your doctor will need to order stool/maybe blood tests and prescribe meds
