What you mean by genital rubbing is unclear. It takes sperm entering the vagina to cause pregnancy. If this did not happen pregnancy would not occur from that encounter. Urine pregnancy tests on a first morning specimen are usually accurate 3 weeks after an exposure but can be falsely negative early in pregnancy.
