Yes, Benign: Pvc's are common and don't lead to VT or vf. Ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation are extremely serious and fortunately not very common. Pvc's are a single abnormal early beat by the ventricle. Most of over 50 probably have a few of a day, and just don't notice it.
