When i wipe after peeing, there is, what i can only describe as brown particles or sediment on the paper. this doesn't happen every time, but often enough that i want to know what it is?

The best way to find out what it is would be to have a urinalysis done so that the urine is examined under the microscope and any abnormality would be identified. This could be specks of old blood or some other type of particle. Call your doctor and discuss this and get a urinalysis done. Good luck!

There can be many causes- fromthe urinary opening -like a caruncle (swelling) to irritation in the area. Best is to get checked if it persists
