Head CT scan: Is the best imaging exam to make sure that your head/brain is cleared from any bleeding. If u already have had it and it was clear, your neuropsy is right. Your r suffering from a post-concussion syndrome where headache, stress & anxiety r common symptoms. Best wishes to feel better soon.

Several types: there are several types of headaches that occur after concussion. Typical post concussion headaches are generalized achy pain that might be present all day, increasing in intensity over the day. May last weeks or months. Trauma triggered migraine headaches. Occiptial nerve compression at the base of the skull pain at the back of head around the side to the ear level. See a neurologist.

Catch 22: Concussion symptoms can linger. Anxiety and stress can cause headaches. These issues can also interact. It is usually recommended that while recovering from a concussion stress and anxiety are reduced, including screen/online time, phone calls, use of apps on devices, television time too.
