Never too late to address your anxiety directly and suggest using Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, possibly adding Biofeedback, or obtaining EMDR light treatments, acupuncture, and maybe meditation and aerobic exercises. Find a psychologist and start. Also, get a medical checkup, just to be safe.
