Incorrect Concepts: Blood viscosity is primarily due to glycoprotein molecules protruding from the membranes of red blood cells producing resistance of RBCs to slide past one another; reduced in anemia (RBCs farther apart). Aspirin & antioxidants have little to no effect on this but can inhibit platelets &/or the clotting or clot destruction protein cascades so as to slow speed of blood clotting. What is "too much"?
