How do you know if your injury is a major testicle injury? i was tubing and hit my testicles hard falling off the tube. it has been 60 hours and my pain has not gone away. my right testicle is swelling and much bigger than my left. what should i do?

You should be evaluated by a doctor and a urologist is preferred. Ultrasound may need to be done for checking the involved scrotum. You can take OTC advil as needed for pain and apply ice pack may alleviate the swelling in the mean time. Good luck.
