How do you know if your injury is a major testicle injury? i was tubing and hit my testicles hard falling off the tube. it has been 60 hours and my pain has not gone away. my right testicle is swelling and much bigger than my left. what should i do?

Although the enlarged testicle could be due to a blood clot resulting from the trauma, it merits an immediate exam by your doctor, or a visit to the nearest emergency dept.

You should see a Urologist right away and if that is not possible pl go to the ER and get evaluated. Good luck
