If it is getting bigger or it is affecting your eyesight, then you need to see a doctor ASAP and not treat it at home. If neither of these is happening, then ice to the area for 20 minutes at a time a few times a day should help keep the swelling to a minimum. Keep your head elevated as well-use a few pillows at night when sleeping. Use acetaminophen or ibuprofen for discomfort. See doc if worsens
