I have skin condition with lesions that has some form of purse and i was giving a topical called clobetasol but my hand is trobing and red in blotches im wondering if i should continue with topical or seek other medication?

Clobetasol is a steroid - used in allergic, contact dermatitis conditions, psoriasis. If there is concern about infection, then a topical antibiotic like mupirocin should be used or even possibly oral antibiotics. Steroids helps control the inflammation not infection . Call you doctor/get a second opinion about an antibiotic if it is not getting better. If throbbing go to the ER today
