Not related: Your nose bleeds are most likely a result of nasal dryness. We do see an increase of nose bleeds in patients with high blood pressure, but your medicines should be controlling that. Keep the nose moist with saline spray and a little daily vaseline. This will likely be helpful. If persists, see an ENT to make sure no large superficial vessels that could be cauterized.
