Unless you have IgA Nephropathy or PCKD,if the BP has been persistently below 120/80 for 6 months ,you can start tapering it off by taking it every other day for a month and then once every 3 days for another month . There’s no hard and fast taper rule to it .Make sure you keep checking your BP thrice weekly to ensure that it’s staying at goal when you have reduced ,stopped the dose frequency.
