Randomly, i have been experiencing pre ejaculate leaking and a couple of drops after urination. no blood in urine or pain. no family history of prostate issues. i am 27 yr male been healthy. no smoking or drinking. what might be the reason?

If these symptoms definitely are new, it could indicate a prostate problem; or if there is discharge from the penis most of the time, an STD is likely (assuming you are sexually active and possibly at risk for STD). Best to play it safe and get care now. Good luck.

Pre ejaculate fluid is a secretion from the glands lining the tract at time of arousal. The few drops after voiding are the left over from after you think you finished- spend another few seconds after voiding to let them come out. There is nothing wrong. You'll be fine
