Any health fear or excessive focus leads to enough stress that stress management training/relaxation techniques are a benefit. A life coach/therapist can teach these skills. During the process your discussions may uncover an event or situation that triggered this fear. If you can open this up and work through it the issue can fade.

It sounds like you have some anxiety about your health. This can be evaluated by a psychiatrist to determine the best treatment which may include some counseling to help with coping skills.
