It depends on how much you drank and how concentrated the citric acid is. Drink a liter of water to dilute the acid. If you can't keep down drink due to the nausea (you didn't mention having vomiting), it would wise to go to the ED. Try taking three tablets of tums or similar calcium carbonate tabs to neutralize the acid, and observe for 20 min for relief. A tbsp of baking soda also works
