For pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) against HIV, you need to have drug in your system when having sex, or within a few hours afterward. It sounds like you might not have been fully protected in this event. However, it also sounds like it probably was low risk, i.e. that the condom worked fine. A little leaking around the edges probably has little effect on HIV risk.
