MAP between 70-100 is normal and ensures good blood flow to organs throughout the body. I would like to know your systolic & diastolic blood pressures as well as your resting heart rate. You may have a tint of diastolic dysfunction. However, we get concerned if MAP is less than 60.

This MAP is enough for critical tissue perfusion but it is probably low in general. However, the significance of it will depend on your overall health. Give example: for a person with a weak heart (very low EF) this MAP may be beneficial; however, if a patient with leak aortic valve, a very low diastolic pressure which results in a low MAP then the valve needs to be attended, etc. Take care.
