From your description this is not a miscarriage for.1 you have an IUD 2 with description there is near 0 chance of anything getting inside the vagina. Pl see your Gyn re the bleeding

You can't get pregnant unless sperm enters your vagina during an ejaculation .With an IUD pregnancy is prevented and you can't miscarriage if your not pregnant. You may be having your period ,alcohol has nothing to do with your bleeding. Contact your OBGYN for a consultation.
