Only the most severe kinds of diarrhea result in poor nutrition -- and even then, it isn't the diarrhea itself but the underlying cause that results in poor nutrition. If you're not in a doctor's care for your diarrhea, do that now. If your usual physician isn't able to help as much as you like, see a gastroenterologist. Good luck.
