Extreme constipation along with mushy stools. anus burns while pooping and no urge to go to bathroom i go for pee and stool also happens. clear mucus while pooping sometimes pass mucus while passing gas. cannot digest high fibre foods what is this?

You need to see a GI doctor for evaluation in order to get a diagnosis. There are many possibilities-an inflammatory bowel disease like Crohn’s Disease, is a possibility and this requires tests in order to make a diagnosis. There are other possibilities as well but a GI doctor is needed to do the work-up and make the diagnosis so treatment can be given. Good luck!
