Do you have a known peanut allergy or sensitivity? If not, your pain may or may not be related to the peanuts you ate. Since it is 2 days of discomfort, you should see a doctor to get this evaluated. Without seeing a doctor, there is no way anyone can say for certain that there is not anything serious going on. Since the pain is not getting better with the home remedy, it is time to see a doctor.

It’s not clear whether the peanuts are the source of your discomfort here. You might want to try a different an acid such as Mylanta or Tums, to see if it helps. If your pain persists, however, you should see your doctor or go to an urgent care center for evaluation, if you get no response to the medicines. Good luck.
