Have had right lower quadrant pain (can feel a !ump). for about 2 weeks. no appetite, no fever. am 55 years old so no possible pregnancy. hurts worse at night fall?! regular bowel movements?

You need to see a doctor to be examined to diagnose what the issue is. You may need a CT scan to find out what this is. There are many possibilities including appendix and gall bladder issues, depending on if you still have these. So, either call your doctor or go to the nearest ER or urgent care to get a diagnosis so treatment can be rendered. Good luck to you!
